HJF is seeking a Research Assistant to support the Military Orthopaedics Tracking Injuries and Outcomes Network (MOTION) at the United States Military Academy in West Point, NY. HJF provides scientific, technical and programmatic support services to MOTION.
The incumbent is responsible for clinically oriented research in collaboration with others and provides support to the MOTION primary investigators and Research Director.
Responsibilities:
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of research processes; ability to follow detailed instructions; excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum Education/Training Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field
Minimum Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience
Physical Capabilities: Long periods of standing and sitting
Work Environment: Orthopaedic and allied health clinics and office setting
Background: Eligibility to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC); eligibility to obtain and hold a Public Trust background.
