HJF is seeking a Senior Physical Security and Credentialing Specialist to support the Human Resources Department located at the HJF Home Office in Bethesda, Maryland.
Perform Facility Security Officer (FSO) duties in submitting and tracking required candidate/employee data. Interface with government customer security representatives regarding ongoing compliance and periodic formal inspections, while maintaining an approved Security Program. Develop processes for worksites to facilitate onboarding candidates and employees as appropriate to fulfill their work requirements. Caries out duties in support of the physical security protocols for the foundation.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience serving as a Facility Security Officer (FSO). Familiarity with security clearance levels and the processes to obtain government security clearances and background checks for employees. Hold an active DOD Top Secret (TS) clearance.
Minimum Education: Associate degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum Experience/ Training Requirements: 3 – 5 years of relevant work-related experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Lead role.
Work Environment: Office.
Background/Security: Must hold an active DOD Top Secret (TS) clearance.
