HJF is seeking a Receptionist to support the Support Services Department at the HJF Home Office in Bethesda, Maryland. Responsible for greeting and providing information to large number of visitors. Responsible for receiving and accurately forwarding a large volume of incoming phone calls. Also responsible for providing administrative support on an overflow basis.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Use of telephone equipment and knowledge of standard office machines and equipment. Excellent verbal communication skills.
Minimum Education/Training Requirements: High school graduate.
Minimum Experience: One year experience as a receptionist.
Physical Capabilities: Ability to sit long periods of time at a desk.
Work Environment: Office environment.
