HJF is seeking a Purchasing Intern to support the Purchasing Department, located at the HJF Home Office in Bethesda, Maryland. HJF provides scientific, technical and programmatic support services Military Medical Research Programs.
Responsibilities are to provide expediting and purchasing in support of all of the projects HJF supports. Work involves reviewing purchases and contacting vendors/suppliers to expedite and assure delivery of goods and services in a timely manner.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of basic business practices and systems.
Minimum Education: College Student.
Minimum Experience: 0-2 years’ experience.
