HJF is seeking a Grants Coordinator to support the Office of Sponsored Programs located at Corporate Headquarters in Bethesda, MD. 

The Grants Coordinatort assists Grants Specialists and Director of OSP with records tracking, compliance follow up, and other administrative duties. There are no budgetary responsibilities.


  1. Tracks status for upcoming proposal, award status, and modification status in different database systems.
  2.  Assists Grants Specialists with agreement dissemination, Regulatory Affairs approval tracking, and report tracking.
  3. Checks group email box and disseminate emails to appropriate parties.
  4. Assists Grants Specialists with complaince tracking.
  5.  Assists Grants Specialists with general letters, kick-off packages, and submissions
  6. Maintains OSP Org Chart with portfolio asisgnments and works with other departments to update contact lists, assists OSP Managers with meeting set up.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Proficient in basic Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications, ability to operate different database systems.  Strong customer service, interpersonal, and computer skills.

Minimum Education: High School diploma.

Minimum Experience/Training Requirements: 0 – 2 years of relevant work experience.
