HJF is seeking an IT Services Manager to support the Information Technology department located at our Corporate Headquarters in Bethesda, MD.
HJF IT Services deploys, manages, and maintains information systems employed throughout the foundation supported administrative, laboratory and clinical research activities. Under the general direction of the Director of IT, the IT Service Manager is responsible for managing the team that maintains and supports the Foundation's endpoint management systems and universal endpoint services
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Well developed organizational and management skills. Strong service ethic with significant knowledge and experience related to managing endpoints and their associated applications and services in a multi-platform production environment.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s and technical training preferred.
Minimum Experience/Training Requirements: 6 – 9 Years of relevant work experience
Supervisory Responsibilities/Controls: May recommend the following: employee hiring, disciplinary action, and starting salaries; provide input on employee performance evaluations.
