HJF is seeking an Oracle Data Integrity Analyst to support the Financial Planning Department located at the Corporate Headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland. The Oracle Data Integrity Analyst will develop functional Financial reports using Microsoft excel and other query tools; monitor and resolve data integrity issues; close Oracle Grant module on monthly basis; test patches and functionality of financial system recommend and implement business process changes.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Working knowledge of Oracle EBS grant module a plus; ability to work independently and make decisions; ability to solve problems and work proactively with little guidance; experience with grants and contracts administration; ability to develop user-friendly reports; excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with persons at all levels within the Foundation; familiarity with Foundation policies, organization and systems; demonstrated excellent customer service orientation.
Minimum Education/Training Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business related field and be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
Minimum Experience: a minimum of 6 years professional experience
Physical Capabilities: Prolonged sitting using a personal computer
Work Environment: Office environment
Position reports to the Oracle Grants Training and Data Integrity Manager
