The Henry M. Jackson Foundation (HJF) is seeking a par time Clinical Research Student to support the Infectious Disease Clinical Research Program (IDCRP) at the Uniformed Services University in Rockville, Maryland. HJF provides administrative and management support to IDCRP.
This is a part-time position with the Henry M. Jackson Foundation and the Infectious Disease Clinical Research Program. The responsibilities of the incumbent are to support clinical research studies being conducted at the IDCRP. Duties include data retrieval, programming and analysis, and preparation of internal reports as well as presentations and publications. Student will also be responsible for performing other administrative tasks related to research.
20 hours per week between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Preferred Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Programs; prior experience with statistical analysis packages (e.g. STATA, SAS, or R) required; prior experience in the analysis and reporting of clinical research data preferred
Minimum Education/Training: HS or BS degree (or in progress)in related science/health care degree preferred
Minimum Experience: 0 – 2 years of related experience
Background: Eligibility to obtain Common Access Card (CAC). Eligibility to obtain Public Trust background.
