The Henry M. Jackson Foundation (HJF) is looking for a Project Coordinator to support research and program objectives at the Naval Medical Research Unit ‐ San Antonio (NAMRU‐SA). HJF provides scientific, technical and programmatic support services to NAMRU-SA at Fort Sam Houston, TX.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Assist PI in collection of required project documentation
  • Coordinate schedules of contract personnel to maximize use of laboratory resources
  • Assist PI in tracking and updating established project budgets.
  • Assist with purchase order tracking.
  • Schedule study-related meetings.  Aids in coordinating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Assist PI in tracking the progress of projects to ensure milestones and benchmarks are met.

Minimum Education/Training Requirements: A Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related discipline and 6 years of experience in project or program management, personnel, administration or procurement.
